Dave started his career at Mayer Hoffman McCann providing accounting and tax advice to closely held businesses in multiple industries.

Dave then moved to TSI Holdings where he was the CFO overseeing all accounting functions in the full vertical integration and expansion of manufacturing, assembly and financing of the product resulting in a successful exit and sale of business.

In 2006, Dave moved to Wireless Lifestyle, based in Overland Park, Kansas. Wireless Lifestyle was proud to be the largest Sprint Preferred Partner in the nation. Dave was the CFO playing a key role in growth and strategy taking the company from 13 to 240 retail locations across the United States once again resulting in a successful sale and exit from the business.

Dave’s expertise includes financial management, business development, strategic planning and execution, operational analysis, mergers and acquisitions, as well as many years of public accounting and as a Certified Fraud Examiner.  Dave has worked with executives, entrepreneurs, and startup businesses grossing anywhere from $20M to $300M in sales with 50 to 1400 employees.
